*ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Choose carefully before buying as returns will not be accpeted unless there is a problem with the product itself.
*PCNZ endeavours to provide accurate pricing where ever possible however price is solely dependant on demand and can fluctuate month to month. Prices generally are accurate but may be changed without notice.
*PCNZ will not be held liable for failure of a product to be delivered in a timely fashion if: there are circumstances beyond our control or the courier company involved is responsible for failure of delivery of a product.
*Products are out of stock from time to time due to plant/volume restrictions or the availability of raw material stock. We will do our best to notify consumers of these shortages but will not be held responsbile for the effects of these shortages.

General Pharmacy Delivery & Returns Policies
PCNZ has a range prescription and non-prescription products. Non-prescription items can be purchased over the phone or at our premises in the Glenfield/Wairau area in Auckland. We may not have the answer to every problem but we will do our best to help you within our scope of practise & expertise.
Ordering a prescription medicine from PCNZ
Procedure for Pharmacists
PCNZ will compound a prescription medicine upon receiving a faxed copy of a valid prescription accompanied by our order form signed by our requesting pharmacist. (A copy of the form can be found on our home page HERE ). This medicine will be supplied to the requesting pharmacist. If PCNZ is requested to supply the medicine DIRECTLY to the patient then the ORIGINAL prescription must be received by PCNZ before dispatched to the patient. We will not supply prescription products directly to a customer/patient unless we hold the original script on our premises.
Procedure for Patients
PCNZ will compound a prescription medicine upon receiving an ORIGINAL valid prescription (scanned and faxed copies are not legally acceptable). We will not supply prescription products directly to a customer/patient unless we hold the original script at our premises.
Please also supply daytime contact details so that we can contact you to establish the correct delivery details and confirmation of payment prior to compounding your medicine.

If you want to present the script in person and collect the goods at our premises, we advise phoning first to arrange as there could be delays due to compounding schedules and availability of ingredients. Phone: 09-442-1727.
Delivery -Unless otherwise stated, all products will be couriered to the customer. Our policy is to despatch goods within 5 working days of receiving payment, however this is subject to availability of ingredients and to the current work volume. We are often able to despatch commonly compounded goods within 2-3 days of receiving payment.
